
CF415 is a high-strength carbon structural steel with excellent pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and weldability. It is widely used in the petrochemical industry, municipal water supply, industrial piping, and other fields, and is particularly well-suited for long-term use in the hot and humid climate of Southeast Asia. To ensure that its products fully meet customer requirements, the company strictly controls raw material procurement and selects CF415 steel that meets international standards. During the production process, the technical team closely monitors key parameters such as the elbow's curvature radius and wall thickness uniformity to prevent process deviations from affecting product performance.
In terms of quality control, after production, the quality inspection team thoroughly inspects the appearance and dimensions of each elbow. They then conduct a hydrostatic test simulating actual operating pressure conditions to ensure no leakage under the rated pressure.
Finally, non-destructive testing (UT/RT) is performed to identify potential internal cracks, porosity, and other potential hazards. After a series of tests, all indicators not only met the customer's specified industry standards but even exceeded expectations. Considering the long shipping time, high humidity, and turbulence in Southeast Asia, each elbow is tightly wrapped with moisture-proof film and then secured to a plywood pallet. It can isolate moisture and prevent damage during transportation.
The CF415 elbows have been boxed and will be delivered to the customer by sea in approximately 15 to 20 days.
