QU70 rails, a core component of my country's heavy-haul railway construction, are renowned for their high strength, high wear resistance, and excellent fatigue resistance. The rails exported this time are made of high-quality low-alloy high-strength steel, manufactured using advanced processes such as vacuum degassing and continuous casting and rolling. They boast a yield strength exceeding 588 MPa and a tensile strength exceeding 720 MPa, making them suitable for heavy-haul trains with axle loads exceeding 25 tons. In response to Colombia's hot and rainy climate, the rail surface undergoes a special anti-corrosion treatment, effectively resisting rust in humid environments and extending their service life by more than 30% compared to ordinary rails.
