The H-beams shipped include four standard specifications suitable for factory construction, all manufactured from high-quality Q355B low-alloy high-strength structural steel. Their key parameters perfectly match the project's structural design requirements: the specifications include H200×100×5.5×8 (section height × width × web thickness × flange thickness), H300×150×6.5×9, H400×200×8×12, and H500×200×10×16, with all profiles having a length of 6-12 meters. In terms of mechanical properties, the H-beams have a yield strength of no less than 355MPa, a tensile strength consistently maintained at 470-630MPa, a room temperature impact absorption energy of ≥34J, and an elongation of over 21%. This not only guarantees the high load-bearing capacity of the factory's steel structure frame but also provides excellent toughness and seismic performance, meeting the long-term operational needs of heavy equipment in the manufacturing plant.
To ensure the construction accuracy and structural safety of the factory, each H-beam underwent rigorous dimensional accuracy testing and internal quality inspection, with strict control over key dimensional tolerances: section height and width tolerances are controlled within ±2mm, flange thickness tolerance is ±0.5mm, web thickness tolerance is ±0.4mm, and length tolerance is 0~+5mm, while the straightness error of the entire beam is less than 3mm/m. All H-beams have undergone ultrasonic flaw detection according to GB/T 2970 Class III standards, showing no internal defects such as delamination, pores, or inclusions, and no surface defects such as scratches or cracks, fully complying with international delivery standards for structural steel used in industrial plant construction.
