We offer two surface treatments: oiled (to prevent rust during storage) and dry (for painting applications). The oiled finish uses food-grade mineral oil meeting FDA 21 CFR 178.3910, safe for indirect food contact uses. Our skin-pass rolling process ensures a uniform Ra 0.8-1.2μm surface roughness (ASTM B46.1), ideal for powder coating adhesion.
