ASTM A106 Seamless Carbon Steel Pipe
ASTM A106 Grade B Seamless Carbon Steel Pipe for high-temperature service. Manufactured to ASTM A106/A53 standards, our carbon steel pipes are widely used in oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation, and construction industries. Available in schedules SCH20 through SCH160, sizes from 1/2 to 48 inches. Each pipe undergoes rigorous hydrostatic testing, nondestructive electric inspection, and mechanical property testing to ensure compliance with international standards. Our manufacturing process includes hot rolling, heat treatment, straightening, and surface finishing. We offer both black and galvanized surface finishes, with beveled ends for easy welding. Suitable for bending, flanging, and similar forming operations.
ASTM A312 304 Stainless Steel Pipe
ASTM A312 TP304 Stainless Steel Pipe, available in seamless and welded construction. Our TP304 stainless steel seamless pipes offer excellent corrosion resistance, high tensile strength, and good weldability. API 5L X60 Line Pipe
API 5L X60 High-Strength Line Pipe designed for oil and gas pipeline transportation systems. API 5L X60 PSL2 grade offers minimum yield strength of 415 MPa and minimum tensile strength of 520 MPa. Our API 5L line pipes are manufactured in both seamless (SMLS) and submerged arc welded (SAW/LSAW) types, with sizes from 4 to 56 inches. Each pipe undergoes 100% ultrasonic testing, hydrostatic testing, and chemical/physical analysis. Compliant with API Specification 5L, ISO 3183, and applicable NACE MR0175 requirements for sour service.

ASTM A240 Grade 316L stainless steel plate features low carbon content for improved weldability and intergranular corrosion resistance. Contains molybdenum for enhanced pitting and crevice corrosion resistance in chloride environments. Available in thicknesses from 2mm to 100mm, with surface finishes 2B, BA, No.1, and No.4. Widely used in marine equipment, chemical processing, pharmaceutical equipment, heat exchangers, and food processing machinery. Certified to NACE MR0175 for sour service applications.
